mac: add gog CLI, remove Gmail/Calendar MCPs

- Add gog (unified Google CLI for Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Contacts)
- Remove Gmail MCP and Google Calendar MCP entries (replaced by gog)
- gog installs via brew: steipete/tap/gog
