Vignesh Natarajan b46855d8c4 fix(ios): prevent Talk mode crash on simulator

- Disable Talk mode start on iOS simulator (no audio input)
- Validate audio input format before installing tap to avoid
  AVFAudio assertion crashes on misconfigured devices.

Tested:
- Launched app on iOS simulator and tapping Talk no longer crashes
  (shows error path instead).

Clawdbot (iOS)

Internal-only SwiftUI app scaffold.

Lint/format (required)

brew install swiftformat swiftlint

Generate the Xcode project

cd apps/ios
xcodegen generate
open Clawdbot.xcodeproj

Shared packages

../shared/ClawdbotKit — shared types/constants used by iOS (and later macOS bridge + gateway routing).
