**问题描述**:
- Tailwind CSS v4 将 PostCSS 插件移至独立包 @tailwindcss/postcss
- 直接使用 tailwindcss 作为 PostCSS 插件会导致错误
- 错误信息: "The PostCSS plugin has moved to a separate package"

**解决方案**:
- 安装 @tailwindcss/postcss 包
- 更新 postcss.config.js 使用新的插件路径

**变更内容**:
- 新增 devDependencies: @tailwindcss/postcss
- 修改 postcss.config.js: tailwindcss -> @tailwindcss/postcss
